Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-08-19

These terms set out the rules for using the usefluo.pl website and the fluo system — the mobile app and the admin panel.

1. Definitions

  • Provider — fluo, ul. Targowa 6/5, 72-010 Police / ul. Cyfrowa 2-8, Szczecin.
  • System — the fluo mobile app and the admin panel at panel-dev.fluoapp.pl.
  • Customer — the business entering into an agreement to use the System.
  • User — a person using the System through an account created by the Customer.

2. Scope of service

The Provider makes the System available on a subscription (SaaS) basis. The feature set depends on the chosen plan and is described on the pricing page.

The Provider may develop the System and add features. Removing a material feature from a Customer's plan requires at least 30 days' notice.

3. Term and termination

  • The agreement runs for an indefinite term, billed monthly or annually.
  • The trial lasts 14 days and requires no payment card.
  • The Customer may terminate at any time, effective at the end of the paid billing period.
  • Before the account closes, the Customer may export their data in PDF, XLSX and CSV.

4. Billing

  • The fee is charged per active worker account in a billing period.
  • Owner and coordinator accounts are free of charge.
  • Deactivating a worker account reduces the fee from the next billing period.
  • Prices shown are net and VAT is added according to applicable law.

5. Customer obligations

  • The Customer is responsible for lawfully entering the personal data of their workers and clients.
  • The Customer must inform workers about the scope of location monitoring as required by employment law.
  • The Customer is responsible for safeguarding administrative account credentials.
  • Using the System unlawfully or attempting to circumvent its safeguards is prohibited.

6. Availability and support

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the System continuously available. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Technical support is provided by email on business days. A guaranteed response time applies only on the Enterprise plan under a separate SLA.

7. Liability

The Provider is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of System data, nor for outages caused by circumstances beyond its control, including infrastructure provider failures.

The Provider's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer over the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Complaints

Complaints go to kontakt@fluoapp.pl. We respond within 14 days of receipt.

9. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The current version of these terms is available at this address.
